The New Construction Quality Control Cycle

At Star Inspections LLC, we apply a project management framework to the home-building process. We offer four distinct phases of oversight to ensure your new build meets the highest standards of quality assurance and control

i. Pre-Slab / Foundation Inspection

This occurs after the footings are poured and plumbing/electrical lines are roughed in, but before the concrete slab is poured.

ii. Pre-Drywall / Framing & "Rough-In"

  • The Focus: Inspecting the framing for structural integrity and checking the routing of all wires, pipes, and HVAC ductwork.

iii. Final Inspection (Substantial Completion)

Conducted when the home is 100% complete, typically before the final walkthrough with the builder.

iv. 11th-Month Warranty Inspection
